Haze House complies with the 2018 Farm Bill and sells only legal hemp-derived products containing federally compliant THC levels.
However, state laws vary. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed local laws before ordering.
- You assume full responsibility for ensuring hemp products are legal in your state.
- You will not request shipment to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate state regulations.

5. Orders, Payments, and Processing

- Orders may take up to 2 business days to process.
- Orders may be canceled if deemed suspicious or in violation of laws.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

- You will not reroute packages via UPS MyChoice or other tools.
- You assume responsibility for entering the correct shipping address.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

- Lost packages
- Misdeliveries caused by carrier error or customer rerouting
8. Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return Policy.
By initiating a return, you agree to:

- Properly seal and odor-proof packages
- Follow all instructions provided
Improper returns may be denied without refund.

Haze House – Shipping & Return Policy
At Haze House, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Please review the following policies before placing an order.
Shipping Policy
Processing Times
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends.
Orders typically take up to 2 business days to process before leaving our facility. Some orders may require additional time; if so, we will notify you via phone or email.
Please note:
Shipping speed selected at checkout refers to the carrier’s transit time, not our processing time.
If you need a package delivered by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping options.
Do Not Reroute Your Package
If you use services such as UPS MyChoice, please do not reroute your package to a new address or to UPS Access Points.
Any reroute initiated by the customer voids our responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
Shipping Methods
Most Haze House orders ship via UPS.
Some products may be shipped through USPS to ensure faster or more reliable delivery.
If you need expedited shipping, contact us so we can provide accurate rates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Although our products meet federal requirements, certain states restrict specific cannabinoids. We must follow all applicable state laws.
Restricted States
CBD Products cannot be shipped to:

- Nebraska
Delta-8, Delta-10, THCP, and Quad Oils cannot be shipped to:

Return Policy
To protect our customers, our team, and our ability to ship hemp products legally, all returns must follow the guidelines below.
1. Proper Sealing for Returns
Returned products must be sealed using the same odor-control packaging used in your original shipment.
Unsealed or improperly sealed returns are at risk of being flagged or seized during transit.
We cannot process or refund seized or compromised returns.
2. Approved Return Carrier
Returns must be shipped only through USPS using a Haze House–approved return label.
Do not send returns via UPS or any other carriers. Unauthorized carriers may result in delayed or unprocessed returns.
3. Seized or Compromised Returns
If a return is seized or delayed due to odor, improper sealing, or failure to follow return instructions, Haze House cannot retrieve or refund the shipment.
4. How to Return a Product
- Ensure the product is sealed exactly as it arrived.
- Include any original paperwork to help us identify your order.
- Use the USPS return label included in your order or request a new one from us.
- Drop your package at an official USPS location and keep your tracking number.
By initiating a return, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Refund Policy
Our refund window is 14 days from the date you receive your order.
After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank regarding posting delays.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. Only regularly priced items are eligible.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at haze-house@mail.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
